Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in Pound Sterling and don’t include postage. Prices are subject to change without notice and the price charged will be in accordance with the price shown on the date the goods were bought.
Payment is to be made via PayPal or by Visa debit/credit card. Please follow the instructions on the payment page to fill in your card details and proceed with payment.
Nature’s Genesis retains full ownership of all products until full payment has been made by you and received by us.
Nature’s Genesis reserves the right to change or amend postage costs for delivery abroad.
We aim to dispatch orders within two working days, however, since our products are handmade in small batches to ensure freshness, at busy times orders may take up to 3 working days to be dispatched.
All international customers are responsible for customs, duties, and brokerage fees which vary with the delivery address. If an international shipment is refused at customs or at the delivery address the customer is responsible for the return freight in addition to the customs, duties, and brokerage fees charged for the return to the United Kingdom.

All products are displayed as accurately as possible on this website. However, please be aware that as each product is handmade with natural ingredients, there may be slight variations in colour and scent.

Using Nature’s Genesis Products
Nature’s Genesis products contain natural ingredients which may cause a reaction if you are allergic. We use allergen-free fragrance oil in order to minimize allergens.
Please ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients and please check the ingredients listed. If you have very sensitive skin, it is a good idea to do a skin patch test first. If you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, please seek medical advice first. Please seek medical advice if you have a nut allergy as nut oils are used in some of the products.
