As we try our best to provide an exceptional service, however some factors like rough shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen. All our products are handmade and we make it out of love in small batches to keep it fresh at all times.

We don’t use silicones, phthalates, parabens, sulphates and petrochemicals in our Nature’s Genesis products. We try as much as we can, if possible, to avoid such ingredients especially if there is a natural alternative, for a healthy and result orienting skin and hair care product.

Most of our products are safe to use for 12 months from the day it was made. Some products may have longer shelf life, please see the label for more accurate information.

We do not test Nature’s Genesis products on animals.

Please keep in mind that all of our products are handmade and we only work with finest natural and organic ingredients which means that sometimes our products may appear different from batch to batch, this is mother nature.

Our ingredients in Nature’s Genesis products are gently are natural and a naturally derive ingredients. We do not use fragrance that contains Allergens or sensitizers. Our Fragrance are Allergen Free. If you are Allergic to nut, you have to read our ingredients list before using any of our products as some of the ingredients like our oils and butters come from nuts.

Even though there are members of “Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil” (RSPO), we do not use palm oil in our products.
